The Filter Configurator is a web application that lets Naaykens' staff and customers configure a complete dust filter system in a few clicks and immediately walk away with a quotation, a layout drawing, and a STEP file. What used to be a back-and-forth quoting process now happens live in the browser.
The configurator walks the user through every choice that defines a filter: model size, fan capacity, inlet and exhaust direction, dust collection method, control box placement, and more. A live 3D render of the filter sits next to the form and updates as choices are made, so the configuration is verified visually at every step.
Once the configuration is finalized, the system generates a layout drawing and a STEP file from the live 3D model and produces a quotation against Naaykens' price list. Sales engineers can share the configuration with a single link, and customers can download the documentation directly from the summary page.
