Batch Publisher is a free Autodesk Inventor add-in that batch-exports documents through Inventor's translators in a single run. Instead of opening each file and saving copies one at a time, you assemble a list of sources, pick the formats you want per document type, and let Batch Publisher walk the assembly tree, run the translators, and write everything to your configured output location. The main window pairs a sidebar with a configurable document tree. The sidebar's Setup tab manages sources — individual documents, folders walked recursively for drawings, or whatever document is currently active in Inventor — and the active export profile. The Output tab carries the format chips per document type (Parts, Assemblies, Drawings) and the output directory. The right-hand tree shows every document that was discovered and how the active profile will treat each row, including the formats it will produce and the resolved output path. Profiles bundle every export-related setting so you can switch between targets in a single click. Each profile carries its own format catalog, output rules (default plus per-format overrides for PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, or any custom format), file naming templates with placeholders for iProperties / dimensions / thickness, drawing-association heuristics, and translator-specific settings (PDF DPI, DXF/DWG ini paths). Profiles can be exported to JSON and imported on another machine. Format support out of the box: PDF, STEP, DWG, and DXF (sheet metal flat pattern). Any other Inventor TranslatorAddIn can be added — type the GUID by hand, or use Discover Formats to enumerate the translators installed in your Inventor and add them to the catalog. Drawing generation lives in a separate add-in (DrawingMaker); Batch Publisher only exports existing documents.
