2. Services Description

Bas Automation Services provides CAD automation software, plugins, add-ins, and related services for Autodesk Inventor and other CAD platforms. Our services include:

• Software products and plugins for CAD automation
• License management and activation services
• Technical support and updates
• Custom development services

3. License Grant

Upon purchase and payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software products according to the terms of your specific license agreement. The license terms vary by product:

• Subscription Licenses: Valid for the duration of the subscription period (monthly, yearly, or 3-year)
• Perpetual Licenses: Valid indefinitely but may require payment for major version upgrades
• Machine Activations: Limited to the number of machines specified in your license

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Share, sell, rent, lease, or distribute your license to third parties
• Use the software for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Exceed the maximum number of machine activations
• Bypass or circumvent license validation mechanisms

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment: All purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact, and SEPA Direct Debit through our payment providers (Stripe and Mollie).

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if:

• The software is defective and cannot be fixed
• The software does not work as described
• You have not activated or used the license

6. Subscription and Renewal

Subscription licenses automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial periods.

7. License Validation and Activation

Our software may periodically connect to our servers to validate your license. This requires an internet connection. We collect minimal information during validation including:

• License key
• Machine fingerprint (hardware ID)
• Software version
• Last check timestamp

8. Updates and Support

Active license holders receive:

• Free minor updates and bug fixes
• Email support during business hours
• Access to documentation and tutorials

Major version upgrades may require an additional fee. We do not guarantee response times for support requests but strive to respond within 48 hours.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, and materials provided by Bas Automation Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We retain all rights, title, and interest in our products.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAS AUTOMATION SERVICES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our software and destroy all copies in your possession.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
